Infrared focuses on first treating the body internally. Infrared light penetrates the skin and increases the body temperature from within.
Prepare to sweat, cleanse, and purify not only from your pores, but deep from your cells. Our Infrared sauna use a much milder temperature environment (120-130 degrees F). Because the heat of the infrared sauna penetrates the body's tissues increasing the core body temperature, it's able to cause a more vigorous and detoxifying sweat at lower temperature
What to expect
Pre and post infrared sauna
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time
Your Infrared Sauna session will last 30 minutes
Guests are required to wear a bathing suit
Eastend provides towels
We require our guests to wear flip flops provided by Eastend while in the treatment rooms. Flip flops must be removed before the Infrared Sauna
Infrared Sauna guests have access to the rest area for 15 minutes after treatments
Tea is provided during your rest period. Please bring a water bottle to make sure you stay hydrated!
